I have been coming to this location twice a month for over a year now. I just notice that the level of service is falling short which made me think of coming back. The receptionist before are great! The nurses are great, Autumn, Therese, Joseph, Chris. But what they have right now is not even at par. This past visit is just a waste of my time because they cannot hit the vein in multiple tries. And this is not the first time it happened. Felt like their incompetence is my fault. Very disappointing.
Autumn is so amazing! She is so kind and makes it very personable and customized. Shes the reason I’ve joined. :)
I had a wonderful first experience at this Restore Hyper Wellness (Vienna) location. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and personable from the moment I walked in. Although this location is smaller than the one closest to my home, the appointment availability fit my schedule much better. KatieFay, who performed my HydraFacial, was absolutely amazing! I go to Restore Wellness in Viena for facials. Katie Fay is amazing - highly professional and skilled yet friendly and warm. My skin is glowing after one of her treatments. Kudos to the rest of the staff too for the warm welcome I always receive when I visit.
