Beware of being charged after cancelling your membership! I called in to cancel and was verbally assured that my account was closed, starting the following month. Then the following month I was charged again and told that I was supposed to fill out a form for the cancellation to be finalized even though that was never discussed during my primary conversation. I was told that my membership would be terminated during the first phone call. And that was it.
I absolutely love coming here for my IV treatments! The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel comfortable and cared for. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, and you can truly tell they genuinely care about their clients. Such nice people all around — always friendly, attentive, and positive. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience and amazing service!
