I booked a Hydrafacial two weeks ago and my experience was extremely disappointing. My therapist seemed rushed and disinterested. The whole facial lasted only 23 minutes, and that included me waiting in the room beforehand for 5 minutes. In my experience with previous Hydrafacials, the service time was at least 30 minutes in duration. When checking out I was asked if I would like to leave a tip which is very unusual as med spas are considered medical facilities and do not ask or expect gratuity. Restore is amazing! I’m going regularly as part of my self care and health improvement journey but never anticipated how amazing the staff are when it comes to providing the empathy & support which make the journey so much sweeter. I’m a huge fan! Try everything! So worth it! My first hydra facial today with Michelle was the perfect way to finish my day. I’ll be back soon!
