I called these guys at 12:36 PM to ask if they knew how to use my points from a different location AND I let them know. I would be driving 2 1/2 hours from my home and to make sure that everything was ready to go from my IV appointment to the medical waiver and anything else that needed to be done and they said as long as I got there at 3:45 everything would be OK. Beware at this location. Numerous staff and personnel changes. They don’t honor prior staff commitments and agreements. Nice location- poorly managed and ran.
I went to this location yesterday and had a fantastic experience. Everyone on the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. When you walk in it immediately smells good. Smells like a nice hotel. Amanda, the nurse has the best bedside manner and the best stick I’ve ever had with an IV. I didn’t even feel a thing!! I told her I travel a ton for work so I need immunity and something to help with sleeping. She recommended that I do the defender drip plus added additional vitamin C and magnesium.
