What a difference a month can make.. very disappointing customer service rooms not clean between customers - not knowledgeable front desk people etc etc..no bottle of water available - full trash bin probably from few days prior- broken Cryo ( scheduled appointment) used towels from previous guest and list goes on and on - people be aware about Southlake location.
