Had a appointment a few weeks out, machine had been down for at least a week before the appointment and we received no call or email (even on the day of the service) that we wouldn't be able to have our session.
Lois is truly wonderful, always kind, helpful, smiling, and genuinely committed to making every visit a great one. She consistently goes out of her way to assist, and her positive energy honestly makes my day whenever she attends me. Restore Hyper Wellness (Alexandria, VA location) has truly changed my life! My blood work shows the difference, and I feel and look so much better. I especially love the Red Light Therapy and Infrared Sauna, but honestly all of the services have been beneficial to my overall health and wellness. I'm a big fan of this location especially compared to others. They usually have appointments available and are well staffed. The value you get from this really depends on what services you are into because of the credit system they have. I get IVs 1-2x per month and with two ingredients each that's the base membership. Shots for example are not included but you can get member discounts. They also have a decent number of sales so you can buy bundles of ingredients or shots.
