My wife is a member and gifted me a sauna session. I reluctantly wanted to go. The moment I step in the door, one of the women (darker hair, black framed thin glasses, and wearing spandex fit with white nike calf high socks) commented on my outfit and made a joke to her coworker at the desk and another guest getting an IV treatment, like a school girl in class picking on someone in front of others. I had food poisoning over the weekend and was so dehydrated. Sunday morning I went to the location in Arlington and unfortunately, no one was able to see me. The front desk lady was so nice and helpful, she called the Alexandria location and was able to get me an appointment there. I went to the Alexandria location and EVERYONE was so nice, helpful and professional. I want to highlight Liz....wow...she walked me through the process and made me feel so much better.
