I was looking for a B12 shot. It was late in the day, bit of an emergency. I drove out from Detroit 25 min drive, called three times while on the road no answer. Showed up 10min before close my fault. Receptionist... The one that should have been answering the phone rather than gossiping in the back told me they need telehealth for B12 which I've never heard at any other iv therapy place, and that I needed an appointment before 5:30 to get one. Great first time experience. Everyone was so nice. This sauna was amazing. I feel so much better than I did when I came in.
A staff member threw open door to the red light room while I completely undressed. Because of the glare of the the lights I could not see who it was. When I brought this up to the front desk staff they acted like it was no big deal. Just shrugged. No apology. Nothing. I felt totally unsafe. DO NOT go here.
