Great experience! The staff did a great job explaining the process and benefits of each treatment. Loved the treatments I had- red-light therapy, cryotherapy, and I've therapy.
This was my first time using hyperbaric oxygen therapy. I felt slight discomfort while pressurizing (such as tightness in my right shoulder and sinus squeeze). But after 15 minutes, I noticed various unexpected benefits such as subtle relaxation, reduced tension in forehead and jaws, improved sinus pressure and it wasn't until a few hours later thatI felt increased range of my right shoulder, which I accentuated with more aggressive stretching.
