Restore in Jax Beach is awesome!!! The staff is great and their services are wonderful!!!
My wife went to Restore and received IV therapy. After that they charged her for 3 months for services she did not agree to or signed anything for ongoing therapy. Be aware of this as we are still disputing these charges that were not authorized.
The absolute worst company ever! They forged my signature and got my account number and keep charging me monthly and I debated it and they keep charging my account!!! I asked them to stop and they refused to stop charging me! And debit my account every month!!!!
