My husband and I did 3 minutes of cryotherapy and we had the best experience. They provided us with robes, socks, mittens, and ear covers. We even got to listen to music while we were in the pod and it made the experience go by so much quicker. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for relief from muscle soreness and swelling. Your body feels so good after just three minutes. I’m looking forward to my next session at Restore!
