Staff are great and the sauna is awesome !
Love Amber and have been a member for a year. But last time I was in, I specifically asked about the new IVs and if they were included in my membership (they always have been). Woman at front desk was super confusing and then when I checked out said I owed $80. This is on top of the $169 I pay monthly. Kids were also in there and they were letting them blare the TV and disrupt everyone else. Unless management or Amber is there, it’s not a great experience and unfortunately I had to cancel.
Professional and well organized . Many options to improve your health . The staff is great at explaining the various options and making you feel comfortable . I enjoyed my experience and will be back .
I just did a Neveskin Facial at Restore Hyper Wellness in Westlake and it was unbelievable. I have never done one before and it was absolutely refreshing. The best part about it was Ang my technician. She is a total sweetheart! Super nice, personable, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend getting a Neveskin Facial and always ask for Ang.
