While some counselors may not be for everyone, the office as a whole is wonderful. Candace in the billing office has gone above and beyond multiple times for us. She is always ready and willing to answer any questions I have, and determined to make everything as easy as possible for my family. I’m glad that we chose Restore; and that they have a lot of like-minded people in their office. It’s hard to find counseling in this area that is not faith-based. I am so thankful for Restore. Everyone I have met on their team is very kind and down to earth, and my therapist is definitely knowledgeable and amazing at her job. The offices and waiting room are very zen- incredibly thoughtful decor that help it feel like an especially comfortable, peaceful, welcoming space. I also want to note that I haven't had any issues come up with insurance coverage- all smooth sailing.

I would give 10 stars if I could. To start, Katie was extremely helpful in finding me a therapist that is a great fit. Scheduling was easy. Katie is always so kind and helpful. I see Charlie Marrone and he is the best therapist I've ever had. I've had a lot in 32 years. I was skeptical about doing therapy again, but now I wish I would have known about this place sooner! I do video visits with Charlie because I live in Elizabethtown. Charlie is very down to Earth, kind, caring and empathetic towards me and my mental health. I... read more
