Austin and his team did a great job installing my new roof.
I was contacted by Austin Kuhns regarding my . He inspected and identified damage from hail and wind damage. I filed a claim with my insurance. An inspector was assigned to come out. Austin came out and met with the inspector, identifying areas of damage. Due to his involvement the claims manager called me the next day with his determination that my roof sustained severe damage and he was issuing a check to completely replace it immediately. Kyle Khawly was my rep. He was awesome through the whole process. He helped with filing the insurance claim, met 2 adjusters on-site and followed up every step of the way. Installation was completed in a day including cleanup. Highly recommend Restore America. Knowing what I know now, I would not recommend unless you are ok with the damages done during installation were never taken care of, after promises from the owner. 5 months later, not a single follow up or anything done to remedy. Very disappointing!!!
Austin cleaned my roof before I knew he was with a roofing company. Restore America that is probably the best pre-sale action. Someone willing to do the work before being hired to do it
I called Restore America due to a leak in my bathroom. They were quick to respond and very professional. I ended up having the bathroom completely gutted and remodeled. Their work was excellent. They listened to what I wanted, and made it happen. They were very neat, covering all my hardwood flooring.
