John the owner was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing to ensure we were aware of the process. We had pet urine and vomit stains in the master carpet and unknown stain in my son’s bedroom. John pretreated all stains and after spraying the carpets with the cleaning agent used a machine to aggetate and clean the fibers before extracting. This is something I never saw the major brands do.
