The therapy I received was okay, but this is kind of a predatory system. Let me explain. So from their side, they are a business and a missed appointment means a time slot that has a monetary value and that value is lost if they don't have enough time to fill the slot. And of course insurance won't pay for a service that isn't received! So they will, like a lot of businesses, charge you for the missed appointment. So far my experience with Elise has been wonderful. She makes appointments intentional, while keeping what I want to talk about at the forefront. She provides countless resources and I feel extremely heard and seen by her.

I've seen Logan for two different sprints over a few years and he has guided me through different issues and employed different techniques to match what I was having issues with. These issues ranged from mild to severe and I felt his knowledge and guidance were instrumental to improving my mental well-being.
