Bike was great for a few years. I now need assistance fixing the bike as it won’t connect so it won’t work. I have left several messages, even spoke to a person that said someone would call me back….. nothing. I am sitting pretty with a very expensive (out of pocket) few bike that won’t work. Impressed by the Restorative Therapies team troubling shooting and resolving the issue with my FES bike.
I've owned an RT300 for several years now. I was struggling to set it up so i was referred from support to sales as the unit has gone from clinic support to personal and apparently i needed a different support package... 2 weeks go by and "sales" hasn't called me back... i call in 3 or 4 times over the next month and NOBODY answers the phone or calls me back.
