I firsthand have not experienced any of the complaints that I have read from my fellow reviewers. I spoke to Tammy at the front desk pretty much the entire time that I was trying to set up my first patient appointment/ getting paperwork together, and she was very understanding and professional. Worst. Doctor's. Office. EVER! The most unprofessional place I've ever been! Michelle is the rudest person I've ever dealt with! She claimed I owed a deductible, but COULD NOT produce a bill! Instead I got a torn off piece of envelope with an amount on it considered a bill! I refused to pay it and the doctor wouldn't see me! An RA doctor refused to see me!!!! Patient Abandonment!! I did some research and every doctor is supposed to give a 30 day notice when discharging patients. This office has left me without RA meds, a doc... read more
These ladies have been helping fight my nar-axspa for a couple years now. They all are caring ladies and do the best they can for me and my arthritis amongst other things. Thank you ladies!
The doctor didn't have an answer to my pain and fatigue. Offered no solutions or plans. Out right told me she couldn't help me. Made me feel like there was no hope for me.
