I was impressed with the prompt response through Ms. Kira. In these times my experience has been to wait on technical help because they are, perhaps, occupied. Anyway, Ms. Kira promised technician would visit and he did. I was not at the site when Mr. Carlos came, but he was savvy enough to follow instructions to inspect the impacted areas and provide a comprehensive pdf report via email. Ms. Kira followed up well.

I’ve gotten to work with Carlos and the whole team and there isn’t anyone better in the industry than the team restorative pros. From the inside team to the field team everyone is extremely professional and efficient at what they do. They found more water damage than what was originally seen on the initial visit. Once they got in and started repairing the damage they found more water damage but they took care of it ASAP. Give them a call if you have any questions!
