From beginning to the end, RPI was very helpful. Ashley was great advocating for me, and Tiffany was extremely helpful communicating with me. Walid was the lead technician. I felt like I could trust him not only to effectively do the work but also to tell me the truth about the process. Despite the difficult situation, I felt assured that the job would be done properly. They were perfect in their communication and I felt they were available to me throughout the process. I highly recommend this team.

I was impressed with the prompt response through Ms. Kira. In these times my experience has been to wait on technical help because they are, perhaps, occupied. Anyway, Ms. Kira promised technician would visit and he did. I was not at the site when Mr. Carlos came, but he was savvy enough to follow instructions to inspect the impacted areas and provide a comprehensive pdf report via email. Ms. Kira followed up well.
