Wonderful staff and doctor
When trying to book an appointment at this place I had to leave numerous messages that they will call you back. No call back for several days then at weird hours and I was busy. So after a month or more I get the appointment. Couldn’t find the place and tried calling. No help!! They never answer the phone! I finally get there and need to use the bathroom so bad. The calling system to make an appointment is the worst!! They want you to leave a voice message only for them to call you back at the most sporatic time. I work in a prison, so having my cell phone on me is not an option. I have even left my office# and they will not call it back.
Incompetent, disrespectful and unprofessional!! I have been a patient with this clinic for over 8 hours. Recently, I started having A LOT of problems with the facility. Dr. Beacham seems to be a great guy and the nurses are great, but the clinic itself has problems. I have left multiple messages for a return calls and never received a callback.
