I made an appointment online (Sunday) and was able to be seen the next day. Bekah was professional, kind, and caring. She asked the right questions and determined I needed to go to the emergency room immediately for suspected DKA. Which was correct. Bekah made sure to check in with me and give me the support I needed. I followed up with her after I was discharged.
