Was on 10th day of an extended health fast (with supplements), and from reading Isabella A. Moser's life's work, decided to give the colon hydrotherapy a try. Good ambient light for the hydrotherapy, and good neck support. The equipment was as simple to operate as circular bathtub knobs on my own for privacy once demonstrated. The hydrotherapy cleared out excess white matter and likely bile that remained in the colon during the fast, until things started to run fairly clear.
