Devon is very personable and listens to your concerns. Came up with a plan and I am eager to see what the future brings. The front office staff is great, too. Beautiful facility.
My first experience at RH&W was amazing. When I sat down to talk with Devon about my concerns it was the first time in a very long time that I felt that a healthcare provider was listening to me without making me feel guilty or less than. I am so impressed by the promptness of scheduling and availability! I scheduled an online appt during the weekend for the upcoming Monday, I even took the day off from work, they called Monday morning saying it was not going to be possible to get me in with such short notice, but I told them I took the day off from work and was on my way already, "AND THEY TOOK ME IN!"
