Imagine suffering from something for several years and then seeing an website called Restorative Health and Wellness, and realizing that it is just what you needed. Emily is incredibly talented. She listened to my needs, gave me helpful feedback to improve the issues I was having, and took her time to work through them intentionally. She provides a very calming and relaxing environment as well. Highly recommend!

Emily is an amazing physical therapist and an amazing person. She’s been treating my cervical dystonia for the past three years with a Medical Massage once a month. For Massage work on my face neck and shoulders to help combat my dystonia tremors and tight muscles she helps relax me so I’m able to function more on a normal level than when I’m struggling from my disease. I get Medical Massage once a month and not only is Emily Is great at what? she does and she’s an affordable rate.

I found Emily while looking for relief from chronic migraines and neck pain. For over 20 years I've tried everything, including many rounds of PT. Her science based massage techniques have helped me immensely! My frequency of migraines has dropped to almost none.
