Kelly is amazing!!! She is helping me with posture and I am seeing results. Additionally, my sessions have been an integral part of my recovery after having sepsis. My strength and activity level has surpassed where I was at prior to dealing with sepsis. If you're considering her services, I urge you to do it for yourself. She's also so a joy to interact with; sessions are typically the best part of my day.
