Not the quiet and calming vibes you expect to see from a therapy office. The questionnaire they gave me to fill out was also riddled with typos and grammatical errors making it very difficult to understand what was being asked. Initial consultation was not warm or welcoming at all. Dr. was only concerned about finding ways to get insurance to cover my treatment and asked about trauma in a very insensitive way. When I had an appointment at this place I was so excited to finally get the help I needed. When I walked in they employees were very unprofessional and not welcoming whatsoever. And when I spoke with the “psychiatrist” who shouldn’t even have a license anymore, she was extremely rude to me and acted like my personal issues she was asking me about wasn’t good enough for their business. I have gone from depression & anxiety very bad fought it for years, been on every depression medication 💊 out there no help, then I came here!!! OMG the difference is life changing!
