I would highly recommend Reign Restoration. I know Phil personally and he is a straight shooter who knows his stuff as he comes from a building background which helps tremendously. I would even suggest you call him before calling your insurance company and he can explain why.

Five Gold Stars! Phil's attentive and caring professionalism is incredible. He was on location at my property in under one hour, with a fan/ dehumidifier in place plugged in and working and humidity measurements taken while he was already 30 minutes away from the location to begin with and it was late in the evening as well. Useful hint: call Phil first to set up everything and then call your insurance company to open a claim, even if it's next day.
