I have only positive things to say about Phil and his team! Very professional and arrived on site within an hour. We were facing a large flood from our heated, saltwater pool into our basement and they came in and started cleanup and assistance right away. Our basement was gutted and they arranged storage and kept us informed about everything along the way. They were respectful, great with time management and I would highly recommend their services. We have had excellent service from Phil and his team on numerous occasions. He is prompt, respectful and a very hard worker. He has all the equipment necessary to speed up the drying process, and diligently clean. He has saved us money, time and anxiety by taking care of every detail and keeping in close contact throughout, from start to finish. I highly recommend Reign Restoration.

Dealing with water damage is incredibly stressful, but Phil at Reign Restoration made the process so much easier. They arrived very quickly, immediately got to work mitigating the damage, and stayed in constant communication with us. Their team was respectful of our home and handled the insurance side of things flawlessly. I can’t thank them enough for getting us back to normal.
