WORST customer service EVER!! – As a repeat customer ( Restoration Woodworks replaced about 25 windows on my old house about 20 years ago, had a good experience, so thought I'd return to get the last 7 windows replaced), I thought I'd at least get some decent level of customer service. I thought wrong. For starters, the guy who was supposed to come and give me an estimate didn't show for 2 consecutive appointments.
