Terrible. They Canceled my appointment due to the therapists being sick. I was a new patient and waited a month for this appointment June 11. The receptionist states she doesn’t have anything till July 7th. Nearly, another month to get seen. Making it seem as this was my fault? I shouldn’t be pushed that far out. I understand time I would like is most favored, but I should be taken precedence. Unfortunately, I’ll be seeking elsewhere my mental health shouldn’t be brushed to the side.
