I have left messages to make an appointment for several weeks and never does anyone answer the phone or return the call.
Dr. Liu and his PA Chuck and the office staff are the best people in spine and healthcare anywhere in the tri-state area. The whole office runs like a Swiss watch and everyone is very caring and attentive to all the patients needs. I've had other options - people say to me you should go somewhere closer to home. I tell them I'll drive the hour for the best medical care that I need.
The male nurse has a god like complex. He thinks he can treat patients any way he wants . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone .
My experience was that the staff was welcoming, kind, and professional. Dr. Liu is replacing my seven year relationship with my prior pain mgmt doctor because he retired. I trust Dr. Liu will fill in seamlessly and that he has my best interest in mind. I'm grateful for finding another true professional Pain Management doctor because they're hard to find.
