The male nurse has a god like complex. He thinks he can treat patients any way he wants . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone .
My experience was that the staff was welcoming, kind, and professional. Dr. Liu is replacing my seven year relationship with my prior pain mgmt doctor because he retired. I trust Dr. Liu will fill in seamlessly and that he has my best interest in mind. I'm grateful for finding another true professional Pain Management doctor because they're hard to find. Dr. Liu is an excellent physician and expert in his field. I saw him 14 & 19 yrs ago in his office. Excellent staff at the time between his caring family: YuQi,Christine and Wei; as well as Mimi and Fanni - a dynamic team! I’ve since moved out of NY and have been stranded in Clvnd, OH for 7 years. What I would do to return to NY to see my drs again! I’ve tried to contact Dr. Liu’s office to request diagnostic test results. Not only does the forward call go straight to voicemail but the voicemail message is set as voice box f... read more
