Steve is very responsive and very professional. Was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain our options and what he thought was best for our situation. I would highly recommend for anyone in need of his services!
Steve was on time for our schedule appointment. He seemed as though he had many years of experience in dealing with mold as he seemed very thorough, confident and honest in his assessment. We had previously had another company come out to assess our supposed “mold problem” but they didn’t do the tests that Steve did and diagnosed our issue without being thorough. I would highly recommend Restoration Specialists if you want an honest and thorough assessment of your mold concerns.
Steve came to our house for an estimate about possible mold in our bathroom ceiling due to a leak we had in our chimney. He was very friendly, professional and explained everything perfectly. I felt that he was honest and not trying to take advantage or charge us for anything that wasn’t necessary. I hope to not ever need the service again but if I did I wouldn’t question calling Restoration Specialist.
Steve was truly a professional. He was very knowledgeable and a veteran of his craft. He was kind and polite. He informed me about the process step by step. Their work is clean and thorough. I would definitely recommend him and his company for your mitigation needs.
Steve provided excellent service. He was very helpful in mitigating a leak and cleaning up the mold. He explained everything thoroughly and fixed me through the process. They were also very respectful of our home, making sure to seal off everything nicely and always cleaned up after themselves
