I met Steve as a result of a client who had a biohazard in the home of a deceased relative. He was thorough with his explanation of what had to be done, step by step & he arrived even before she thought he would be there. She said he cleaned up everything as the work progressed. Steve was on time for our schedule appointment. He seemed as though he had many years of experience in dealing with mold as he seemed very thorough, confident and honest in his assessment. We had previously had another company come out to assess our supposed “mold problem” but they didn’t do the tests that Steve did and diagnosed our issue without being thorough. I would highly recommend Restoration Specialists if you want an honest and thorough assessment of your mold concerns.
Steve came to our house for an estimate about possible mold in our bathroom ceiling due to a leak we had in our chimney. He was very friendly, professional and explained everything perfectly. I felt that he was honest and not trying to take advantage or charge us for anything that wasn’t necessary. I hope to not ever need the service again but if I did I wouldn’t question calling Restoration Specialist.
