Steve came to a house that I was looking to rent and tested for mold & moisture in the basement. It didn’t take long for him to look around, take some readings and he showed me where the mold was forming, where the major moisture issues were and had a home inspector who could run additional air quality tests for me. It was an all around great experience and very much worth it if you care about your health.

I just want to start by saying Restoration Specialists was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was in the process of selling my house and needed to have some work done on a last minute timeline; Steve was able to make it happen and at a very reasonable price! I had a slow leak in my bathroom that led to a mold problem. Restoration Specialists came out quickly, explained everything clearly, and took care of the issue without any hassle. They kept the area contained and clean while they worked, and by the time they finished, the bathroom was mold-free and ready for repairs. Friendly, professional, and easy to work with — I’d definitely recommend them!
