RUN AWAY! We had a water leak so I called Restoration Services. Chuck came out to assess the damages. He was on his cell phone the ENTIRE time, was completely rude to me when I tried to tell him where the water had come in from and even though he didn't do a darn thing- including putting his phone down- he charged me $150! When I called the company to complain, I was told that Chuck is the owner! If this is how the owner of the company treats people, I'd be terrified to find out how their employees act!
