Really great service. Quick responses and turnaround time with great communication from start to finish. Kyal the service engineer arrived on time and immediately set to work. The seals on the windows were replaced quickly and efficiently with no mess. Great efficient service. We would definitely recommend this company and will use again if necessary

Brilliant service , quick response from first enquiry to completed job. Had glass replaced in window and a new door fitted. Workman very polite and arrived on time . Job finished to a really high standard , cleaned up everything afterwards and explained locking system on door. Will definitely be using again.

Absolutely fantastic company! On my original phone calls spoke to Tali who was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Somebody came out to verify the job the same day and was booked in quickly. Only had to wait 10 days for the job to be done. The communication about all aspects of the job was excellent and the guy that carried out the job was friendly and professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Absolutely outstanding.

I have used this business twice now and both times the work was excellent. Only giving 4 stars due to issues with time keeping - first visit, I had to call for an update as no one had come, staff member arrived nearly an hour later than I was expecting him. Second visit appointment booked for 9am which the company then changed to 8.30am, and no one arrived until 9.30am.

I was very impressed with the whole experience of dealing with this company. I rang and described the problem I had and within a couple of minutes the appointment was made for the following day. I was told who to expect, which is reassuring when you’re at home alone and they were on time. They were very polite and courteous confirming the repair required which they completed promptly . I would definitely recommend this company and will use again if necessary.
