Absolutely fantastic company! On my original phone calls spoke to Tali who was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Somebody came out to verify the job the same day and was booked in quickly. Only had to wait 10 days for the job to be done. The communication about all aspects of the job was excellent and the guy that carried out the job was friendly and professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Absolutely outstanding.
I was very impressed with the whole experience of dealing with this company. I rang and described the problem I had and within a couple of minutes the appointment was made for the following day. I was told who to expect, which is reassuring when you’re at home alone and they were on time. They were very polite and courteous confirming the repair required which they completed promptly . I would definitely recommend this company and will use again if necessary.
Just like to say big thank you to Restoration Services & Glazing for the installation of my new windows and completing other repairs with new double glazing and realignment of French doors. The installation guys very polite no mess and would advise on anything if asked. Once again great job highly recommend. And of course great warranty with the windows.
Paul and Colin did a great job replacing a shattered porch roof glass pane as well as replacing three windows which had developed condensation in between the double glazing. Professional, courteous and they completed the work to a high standard. Very impressed and I would not hesitate to recommend Restoration Services and Glazing to others!
Very responsive and professional company. They were able to send a fitter to rectify a horrible job completed by a rogue door company who now claim to have ceased trading. He has repaired the damage done to our property as best he can and the doors now work. It's worth spending a little more on reliable, skillful companies like this!
