Really enjoyed the 2023 Christmas party!
My Dad has been there since April, I love the looks, the cleanliness and all the people who work there but.....the food is not good. When my dad moved there the food was excellant but it is has really gone downhill. My Dad never gets what he puts on the menu which probably would not matter because he is constantly complaining about the food. Also if food is delivered to the room it is alway cold. To be fair, my Mom loves her room and most caretakers at this facility. The downfall is the kitchen/dining experience. She dines in her room partly because she states they can wait an hour for their meals in the dining room. Since day one of her moving in Dec 1st, 2022 she has always felt she gets whatever is leftover from the lunch menu rather than what she chose. This month she has missed 3 meals.
