I would never under any circumstance recommend this company. They are very very unprofessional and just as rude on so many levels, from not showing up or calling when they are supposed to,to their quality of work, to their "questionable" practices, and damage done during a project. I will not go into any more detail for my own liability reasons. Save yourself the time and headache of dealing with this company. They do not receive any stars from me, too bad they made me put in one star.

They get the job done but do not return if unsatisfactory job is done. They did not secure our antenna on the garage and the shingles lifted around it. Leaking occurred inside our barn. Also they did not do a satisfactory job around the chimney on our house where it butted up against our hot tub cover. Leaking occurred here also. This was one of the lowest estimates but also doesn't pan out on good work and service. This was not an insurance claim. We would have appreciated a better job for the money we put out.

I don't typically post about companies whether they do a good job or bad; but I felt people should be aware of Ameristar. They came to my home and told me that my neighbors were getting their roofs paid for because they had hail damage. I allowed them to inspect my roof. The guy who inspected told me that I had hail damage all over my wooden shingles and that I should file an insurance claim. I took his word and filed a claim. The guys at Ameristar Roofing were great. They came out and provided a thorough written estimate that was competitive with the others we received. We took digital photos of the material as it was delivered to our house, and it matched exactly what was on the estimate. The job was completed in a timely manner, and they even did a good job of cleaning up the yard after themselves. My neighbors used them too, and we all were completely satisfied with the work.

Called and requested that Ameristar come to my house to inspect my roof for damage. "Joe" came and assessed the roof to be worth a complete replacement but wanted to be there before the insurance adjuster come so that he can be there. Joe passed us off to someone else at Ameristar who was supposed to come and show up on the date I booked the adjuster to come out.
