This place is literally the best. I have a connective tissue disorder which requires me to spend a lot of time in PT, and everyone working here is so warm and friendly that it has become something of a second home. I went here because Paul Haerling's web profile is the only one I have ever seen that mentions having training for hyper mobile joints. In my search for a good therapist I have had many tell me they understand hyper mobility, but they don't and have told me to do certain exercises that I knew caused joint injury even though I told them so (like at Penn Good Shepherd). Not Paul. He found ways for me to do all the regular exercises in a safe and effective way. He's great.
Mary Ellen and Paul are the best therapist I have encountered in my 20 yrs of having neck and upper trap pain! Mary Ellen has been the only person , even previous doctors could not figure out the root cause of my pain!!! Both Paul and Mary Ellen have minimized my pain and I have not felt this good in 20 years!!!
I have benefited greatly from my PT sessions with Paul Haerling,PT. Paul is professional, polite and listens carefully to my questions and concerns and responds with clear and concise answers. Most importantly, he is quite knowledgeable and his experience is evident.
