I had a terrible experience with this paint company. I was instructed to purchase the paint myself, and we agreed that they would arrive at 1:00 pm to begin the job. However, by 1:18 pm, I still hadn’t heard from them, so I texted to check on the status. Instead of an apology or an update, I received a rude response at 1:44 pm saying that if I "can’t have patience," they wouldn’t be able to do the job.
