Loved working with Restoration North! We had a large remodel done which included new flooring and kitchen/laundry cabinets. Crystal was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. She made my vision come alive and offered tips and suggestions with her expertise. Highly recommend!

I bought Drutex Windows, spent over $70k. There were several mistakes on the order and I had to shuffle windows around on my house to compensate for that. One of the biggest windows was incorrectly coated, which wasn't discovered until after instal. It was quite expensive to have that faulty window removed and replaced and Restoration North only covered the window, not the labor. I don’t like having to write this review but I need to warn anyone considering buying building materials from this company. They have set themselves up as distributors for a long list of products that they try to sell at an unusually high markup, hoping that they’ll get away with it because many of these are specialty items (I was ordering Drutex windows from Europe) where it’s hard to comparison shop. Mark Eckard, the president of the company has been an incredible client at our Tile Shop in Buffalo. He has given us a great opportunity to help out with all of his projects. I cannot say enough about the way he operates his company and is always part of the process! Highly recommend !
