I have tried to get a new patient appt for a year. The front desk told me that they do not take insurance. I have to pay out of pocket. I was told to call Grady Hospital and I can see Dr Ashley there. When I called to make the appt, they have no record of her.
My husband had a telemedicine visit and we saw a new face today. Her name was Morgan , she’s pretty awesome I’ll say that. Kind words, even had a sense of humor with us. I hope she stays because she’s the type of medical assistant that we love to see. She’s very educated as well. GOOD JOB MORGAN !
They seem to be a great practice but I'd you have Medicare and a supplement they don't accept here. So sad!
