I don’t write reviews and I’m sure you’ve heard that before but it’s really hard to find a company that will really do it all for you. We had a water damage claim and our insurance wasn’t the easiest to work with. They did an amazing job working with them and they were very good at communicating with us. And just keeping us in the loop of what was going on. Sewer backup cleanup … First day …. Felipe, Prince and Jett arrived on time to clear out damaged materials and rip out damaged drywall etc. Then washed down everything and applied first round of decontamination. Day two … Felipe and Prince returned to spray exposed studs and apply second round of decontamination. Earlier this year we had a plumbing leak that caused our basement to flood. After mitigation was completed, we started working with Tony Louden and Ricardo Gonzalez to get our basement restored. They were flexible with our schedule and design choices to assure we were happy and the project was completed before our babies due date. Restoration Network was at my home 3 hours after my damage was discovered and immediately went to work to remedy the situation. We were kept informed and well respected in our wishes.
