The process after my basement flooding was long and overly complicated. The initial response in April, facilitated through my insurance (State Farm), was excellent. Felipe and his team arrived quickly, handled the cleaning and drying thoroughly, and kept me updated on the timeline. After that, however, things became frustrating. Asbestos tile was discovered under the carpet, requiring a separate removal plan before any rebuild could begin (something outside of Restoration’s control). They showed up immediately after calling to respond to a dishwasher leak. The worker, Prince, was absolutely fabulous, ensuring a thorough inspection and respectful in the home, above and beyond so many other contractors. He was honest and helpful. Would highly recommend just to work with him again.
