The planning process could have been better. The whole process did seem slow. The people were very nice and responsive and did address the problems and did repaint a wall. For initial furniture move the planning could have been better. I had to wait 30 minutes for the 2nd furniture mover to arrive but they were very nice and careful and took the time to get our xfinity tv working.

Very positive experience. They rang our doorbell within hours of the water leak and did an excellent job of communicating and scheduling through the mitigation and restoration process. All work expertly done, excellent craftsmen who showed up on time as promised and completed the work on a timely basis. The whole project took a little more than 3 months.

Restoration Network fixed a water damaged ceiling in our Condo unit. They were quick to respond, found solutions to problems so I didn't have to and were patient and kind with all questions. I highly recommend them for any service you might need.

Gavin organized the rebuild of our flooded basement after the mitigation and Spencer did an awesome job of drywalling, painting, trim and carpet restoration. Communication was excellent at every stage. The work was first rate and we definitely recommend Restoration Network. Great job!
