Prince was a thorough professional in assessing and managing the mitigation of our water event. He showed up with his crew quickly and began the extraction with fans and humidifiers over the course of several days, working around plumbers and directing his workers efficiently to remove damaged wallboard, carpet padding etc, clearly communicating with us every step of the way. Everyone was so respectful and professional and made sure all our questions were answered. Highly recommend!

Negative experience. A group of very young workers showed up, set out a few fans, and then spent about two hours sitting on our steps rather than actively working. Despite the minimal effort, we were later charged $1,000. Even after our insurance company reviewed the situation and declined to pay due to concerns about excessive pricing, the company still pursued the charge. Our experience with Restoration Concepts was extremely negative and raises serious concerns about their business practices. My grandmother, who is elderly, contacted them for a potential mold issue after reaching out to her insurance company, which recommended Restoration Concepts. She was told there may be mold, but was never clearly shown the issue or walked through the scope of work before things escalated.
