I was visiting Boone and booked an appointment with Ted on the fly. It was a phenomenal massage! He gives a wonderful therapeutic deep tissue massage. Not to mention, he was probably one of the nicest human beings I have ever met! Next time I’m in the Boone area I definitely will be booking again 😀
Ive been running and weight training for over 15 years and currently training for a half marathon- developed some low back/hip pain that I could never alleviate. Dallas is amazing! His knowledge of anatomy was apparent with his ability to target the source of my pain. He quickly assessed that my low back pain was coming from my psoas and knee exactly how to target and release pressure points to give me immediate relief!!
