Being truthful and honest, hiring more professional sub-contractors, and correcting mistakes promptly. I was asked to pick out laminate flooring, but plank vinyl was installed. I was told I'd get soft-close drawers in my kitchen cabinets, but did not. While I realize that insurance only covers cheap, low-quality items, it would have been a better experience if the quality of the work was a bit better. On March 3rd Restoration Management made all the arraignments for my kitchen,hallway, and entry way floors to be replaced. The team of workers arrived at the appointed time and in a very professional way they got right to work and got the job done. When the floors were all installed they did not stop there, they cleaned up everything old flooring out and all scraps cleared away.
