OMG - forget the reviews written by their mates, these folks have NO IDEA about restoration. The only time they seem to be able to get it together is when they're following up invoices. They do that in a nanosecond, when responding to other communications also seems too much for them. If anyone know what they're doing in that place, I didn't meet them. Really tragic.
