Nick is a responsive business owner who provides top quality service. He was helpful not only in quickly resolving the issue with my water-damaged floors; he also worked with my insurance company to ensure coverage and timely completion of work. I would recommend Restoration Heroes to anyone in need of mitigation and restoration services.
Nick and his team were fantastic! They were incredibly responsive and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. They definitely helped ease my nerves in regards to restoration, insurance claims etc and got me in contact with a great plumber and other trades in order to remedy the entire situation so it was one less step for me to worry about. I appreciated everything they did and although I hope to never have to be in this situation again I would 100% call Restoration Hereos if I needed to again!
