Visited this clinic today and had an appointment with Dr. Cameron McIntyre. I hope he can improve his professionalism and the way he treats patients. I’ve had positive experiences with other doctors here, but after today, I won’t be returning. The behaviour I encountered was very unprofessional.

Great clinic! 5 starts and 10/10 for sure. Outstanding communication and understanding, they really work with you to specialize what you need to make you feel 100%.

I’m very disappointed with the level of service at this clinic, especially as a long-term patient who has spent a significant amount of money on ongoing treatments and products over several months. I attended appointments regularly, often twice a month, and always tried to rebook right away whenever I needed to adjust a session. Despite this, the clinic chose to charge a late-cancellation fee. This clinic is incredibly welcoming and offers excellent services for supporting hormonal health in both women (and men). I highly recommend Dr. Kalassen—she’s empathetic, attentive, and explains everything clearly so you can easily understand the steps needed for optimal health. She provides clear, actionable plans to help you feel better and supported. I can’t recommend her and the clinic’s services enough. The location can be a bit tricky to find, so give yourself some extra time before your first appointment.
