I love the style of RH. I have ordered many things over the past couple years from RH including furniture, rugs, bedding, lamps and outdoor furniture for our new home. The designers are wonderful to work with. I have worked with a few different employees because I never make an appointment ahead of time so I meet with who is available. I like the basic brand but their stores are really inconsistent. This location is small. The service is hit or miss. For the prices there should be considerably better service and follow-thru. Hey corporate office we don't need to see the same chair all over the floor in the same fabric. The store looks like a one trick pony instead of really showcasing all the designers. Take a note from your catalog because you are wasting retail space.
