Attached a photo of my appointment confirmation and will be elaborating on my 2 star rating since the owner claims I didn't go there. She was really very friendly and accommodating but after my appointment I had extreme heat damage to my hair that I've never experienced in my LIFE. The entire middle section of my hair strands? STRAIGHT. Mind you I have 4C hair so it looks so inconsistent now. My hair is resilient and I only got a blowout from her but her technique was inadequate which resulted in the damage. I am from Atlanta and was driving into Austin TX and very badly needed to get my hair done (took braids out). Being away from home away from my personal stylist has been rough. I googled salons and saw the other reviews. I am glad I chose this salon. Pam's energy was all that. She took me right away as a walk-in. She was energetic.
