Recommend any military member record the inspection. As what they say verbally during the inspection and what they send to the TSP are very different. Be as thorough as possible when making a claim, this company is not your friend. Be clear and repeat what your items are worth, they low balled what I originally said my items were worth by a few hundred. Lastly remember they are not here to help you they are here to minimize the cost of damages made by the movers, all verbiage is dumbing down what you said and pointing the finger back at you.
