The rep came the day after Hurrican Helene and had me sign work order and took ny FEMA claim#. We jnew it would be hard to get service and to be patient. After 4-5days, I reached out to them via email. We even had power restored in our house. We still have an open work order and zero communication from them (this was before Hurricane Milton). I got another company from ORLANDO who completed the remediation work for our home before we had to evacuate prior to Milton.
