RCS has created a second business listing on google with their address in Cartersville. RSC also has a listing in Woodstock. This was RCS’ prior address, but it is the same company and owners. RCS’ office was located on Tennessee St. in Cartersville when I used them. Below is my review of their company. RCS is by far the worst company I have ever worked with. My house badly needed more storage space so I contacted RCS via BuildZoom. Fred Watkins, from RCS, viewed my request, provided me with various ideas, gave me a quote, worked with the engineer, and kept me informed of the progress (pre-work) every step of the way. RCS was engaged to replace my roof due to multiple hail damage incidents. We have used them over the past 20 years for property damage claims in our prior residences as well. In all instances the work was completed on schedule with quality results. In addition communication is always prompt and courteous. They made the whole roof replacement process seamless.
