We had a water leak from the plumbing in the attic of our one story house. Our insurance company suggested RCA to cleanup and repair the damage. It was in an area of our kitchen with damage to the ceiling and cleanup on the floor and island. The repairs by this company were excellent. as good as new. We are pleased witht he results.

Water leak in plumbing caused damage to kitchen ceiling & floor. Good cleaning up and dry out with fans etc. Helpful, valuable. Ins paid

They are our insurance company's preferred provider, and we are so pleased we chose them. They were here in less than 2 hours and immediately set up huge fans and dehumidifiers to dry out our carpet, walls and floors. They cut out and removed all the damaged drywall, carpet pads, and hardwood floors. I was impressed with the amazing floor-to-ceiling barriers they set up to prevent dust and debris from scattering over the whole house. This is quite literally the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with and I highly recommend you look elsewhere if you want honesty, communication, and clarity from your construction company. To sum up our experience from hell, RCA dropped the ball on our very simple two bathroom (one was just doing the tub and tile), days would go by and no one would show up, we would call and call the project manager and someone would show up one day and the same would happen ( I think they go to whoevers house is calli... read more
