Such a disappointment. Steve came out to assess my needs and provide a quote. I explained that his quote was outside of my budget. He then offered a discount rate and came back 2 days later to provide the service. However, after the service was completed I was not satisfied. I contacted Steve about my concerns and he offered to come back to treat the heavily soiled area with a different chemical but only for an additional charge. Note that this business, formerly run by Steve, is now combined with his father's (Kevin) business, Maxwell Cleaning Services Inc. in Burnsville. I used Maxwell Cleaning Services Inc. Owner operated business. Kevin was prompt, personable, reasonably priced and did a good job with our carpets.
I called this business re: a problem stain from a plant leaking dirty water. Kevin offered to drop off a product for me to try and refused to accept payment. He was responsive to my texts and called more than once to make arrangements. On the day he was to come by with the product I tested positive for Covid. He dropped the product on my front stoop and explained from a distance how to use it. Unbelievable service. Will definitely call this company again for any cleaning needs and share their name with others!

This guy does a great job. My carpets came out much better than expected. We have a wood burning fireplace so our carpets get extra dirty. I’ve had them cleaned before but they have never come out this good! I highly recommend restoration carpet cleaning!
