If you work with this company, be prepared to be argued with, not helped, and treated like a problem instead of a customer. The most frustrating part of my experience was the rude and unprofessional attitude from Andres (project manager) and Cristian (office coordinator). We chose this company for mold removal in our townhome based on their strong reviews. Unfortunately, it seems that since the owner has passed the projects on to his son, the quality of service has significantly declined. Our experience was very disappointing.
